In 1 on 1 sessions, the focus is on in-depth energy work personalized to your needs. Personal Qigong training can be for absolute beginners to more experienced practitioners.
 

I cater to people of all ages including children to increase their concentration levels. After initial assessment and discussion we set goals and make a holistic plan together.
 

Individualized attention allows a student to move more quickly to achieve progressive understanding of body, breath and movement. Qigong is a longevity practice and illness prevention modality. Depending on the severity of your illness, Qigong somatic movements can help alleviate symptoms; however, it is always advisable to consult your doctor so that we can work as a team to help you.
