In this lesson you will learn how Qi works within the body and why it is important to gather the Qi and sink it into the Lower Dan Tien. Ma Bu or Horse Stance builds strength from the ground up by consolidating energy in the Lower Dan Tien.

By grounding, you are able to open up the joints & sinews of the body through twisting and turning motions of the trunk, as well as the shoulders, elbows, wrists and fingers.

  • Diamonds - full 14 meridian activation in one form. This strengthens the protective Wei Qi Field around your body for improved resistance to disease.

  • Open Heart to Sky - helps clear heat, constipation, ear issues, and alleviates pain.

  • Zhan Zhuang (4 gate breating) - a closing meditation that identifies deficiencies and imbalances by developing interoceptive awareness of how your blood flows.
