About Me
Hello!
I am a Health and Wellness Coach specialized in Qigong instruction. I teach the full curriculum of 5 Element Qigong, 5 Animal Qigong (level 1-4, total 20 animals) and 8 Trigram Bagua Qigong (White Tiger School®).
Over the years, training in these disciplines has lead me down paths that deepen and enrich my understandings of the capabilities of “Anthropos” (humans). We are a pandora’s box of never ending potential. Each layer of professional development leads me to yet another path. All layers that solidify the foundational teachings of the core practice of Qigong.

explore Anthropos
As I dive deeper into the workings of the fascia network to feel and embody the movements. I feel openings and releases. Freedom. Developing proprioceptive and interoceptive awareness is fundamental in our journey as practioners. That is why I was so attracted to the teachings of Bonnie Bainbridge from Body Mind Centering®. I learned and continue to learn more and more about the wonderful world of human anatomy through this embodied approach of feeling the sensations and fluid nature of our being. My latest golden nugget are the teachings of how to integrate Polyvagal Theory® with Qigong. Some of the workshops that I teach include this component as further enrichment to our personal practrice. Not to be missed. Watch my free video here:

My experience comes from being involved in a lifetime of fitness. I hold a fitness qualification to teach health related fitness to children and have taught Physical Education in International Schools in Dubai U.A.E. and in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. In the past, I was also a Specialist EAL teacher. I used Brain Gym (physical tactile movement tools) for children who were challenged with concentration.
When I first discovered Qigong, the practice felt like the missing piece to my wellness puzzle. After the first week of practicing Qigong, I noticed that it healed my lower back pain. It was exactly what I needed at the time as a supplementary practice for my fitness training. I attended Contemporary Dance Classes, Yoga, and Pilates.
As Qigong became a regular part of my training, I observed an increase in my stamina, strength and flexibility. Back then, I was juggling a full-time job, school runs, family planning while studying. Always making sure to fit in my fitness fun. Over the years I use Qigong for clearing on coming Flu, Joint discomfort, menopause symptoms, migraine headaches and emotional healing, anything really. I just tune in and feel where the problem is 80% of the time, it works.
Everyday I learn new ways to deepen my practice. I have had the good fortune to be taught by Master teachers in their respective fields. When you are certified to “teach” that is where the real training journey begins. We learn the foundation; however, it takes a lifetime to apply the whole range of what this healing art has to offer. My Menopause hot flashes are minimal compared to what my family gene pool went through. I taught my daughter the Wave form (from 8 Trigrams Qigong) and her PMS improved. I teach all ages including children to increase concentration that helps them to stay on task.
Additionally, I teach Qigong to Seniors, specializing in balance exercises, joint/tendon and bone marrow deep tissue strengthening. I have a range of students with various challenges that tell me that they feel improvement after our sessions together. In coaching Qigong, it is the physical engagement of the body that moves and opens its energy pathways creating a fertile environment for healing. The body knows what to do, given the right conditions. I am so incredibly grateful to my teachers old and new along the way. I pay it forward with honor.
