"My teacher, my guide in Qigong and in life captures the energy that we need today. She captures what is lost in our struggle to survive. She reminds us of what is important. We are storytellers. Titsa is a storyteller. She gives history a voice through her love of life. Through Qigong. To know her is to know Qigong.
As told by Benjamin Franklin, 'Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I may remember. Involve me and I learn' ”
